About Trium Wines

Trium Wines traces back to 1990, when the Lotspeich family planted their first grapes in the Rogue Valley. Three couples founded the label, which is where the Latin name, meaning "of three," comes from. In the fall of 2017 Laura Lotspeich handed the winery to its current vintner and owner, Anthony Corallo. The flagship wine is the Growers' Cuvée, a Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc made from Rogue Valley fruit.

The tasting room sits on East Main Street in downtown Talent, between Ashland and Medford. It is open Thursday through Monday from noon to 6 pm, and Tuesday and Wednesday visits are by appointment. The winery asks guests to book a tasting through their website so staff can prepare, and the current lineup includes the Pinot Blanc that took Best in Show and the Cabernet Franc that won Double Gold at the 2025 Savor competition.

Food is part of the visit here. The kitchen menu leans Latin American, with grilled cheese made with red pesto and Dominican-style pulled pork, yucca fries, fried plantains, empanadas and a beet salad with chevre and pistachios, plus chocolate lava cake and macarons for dessert. In spring 2026 the winery hosted live music on Friday evenings from 5 to 7 pm, and upcoming dates are posted on the events page of their website.

Dos Mariposas Vineyards & Lavender Farm near Jacksonville is the closest lavender farm in our directory, roughly 25 minutes west of Talent, so a summer day can pair lavender rows in the morning with a late lunch and tasting in town.
