About Laveanne

Laveanne is an artisan lavender grower and producer on Gilmour Road in Campbellcroft, in the hills of Northumberland County north of Port Hope. It has four acres of lavender laid out in the style of French fields, along with a lavender meditation labyrinth, a wildflower garden and a fairy village. The farm uses pure lavender essential oil in its skincare and keeps a lavender boutique open year-round.

The fields open for one month only: in 2026 they were open from July 1 to 31, when the lavender is in bloom. Tickets are sold at the gate, and in 2026 general admission was $14 including tax, children under 12 were free, and groups of 30 or more adults paid $12 each. Large groups must book ahead. Parking is free with admission, and you can stay as long as you like during visiting hours.

Bring a picnic lunch and your own blanket or chairs, since there is little shade in the fields; you can also bring a yoga mat. A terrace serves pastries and drinks, including a lemon lavender shortbread, and has free Wi-Fi. The boutique sells hand and body cream, lavender mist, pure essential oil, dried bouquets and heat-and-cold eye covers. Photo permits and private photography sessions can be booked.

Port Hope is about 15 minutes south, with bakeries and cafés for the rest of the day.
