About Teddy Griffin's Roadhouse
Teddy Griffin's Roadhouse on Highland Pike Drive in Harbor Springs is a longtime local dinner house with two sides: a dining room for steaks and fish, and the Harbor Springs No. 1 Pub, where games play on the TVs. The decor mixes Irish lore with Red Wings hockey memorabilia.
Steaks run from New York strip and ribeye with mushroom bordelaise to filet mignon and a bone-in cowboy ribeye with béarnaise. Pork back ribs are slow-roasted with a spice rub and glazed with barbecue sauce, by the full or half slab. Great Lakes whitefish comes broiled with house seasoning or sautéed in lemon caper butter. Daily soup, seasonal vegetables and a salad with dried Traverse City cherries round out the plates.
The pub serves salads, sandwiches and pizza for dine-in or take-out, and there are children's and dessert menus. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, 4 to 9; it is closed Sunday and Monday. Parties of six or more have a 20% gratuity added, tables of seven or more get one check, and take-out orders carry a 10% gratuity.
