About The Amazing Maze & Pumpkin Patch at Trowbridge Farms

The Amazing Maze & Pumpkin Patch is the fall attraction on Trowbridge Farms, a 147-acre former dairy farm outside Kendallville. Tom and Cindy Trowbridge began welcoming visitors in the early 2000s after moving an old hay barn to serve as a pavilion, and Cindy now leads the farm with her family. Over the years they have added an admission building, a red barn, tube slides and more.

The 2026 season runs September 18 through November 1, Friday 6–11 pm, Saturday 2–11 pm and Sunday 2–9 pm. The corn maze is the centerpiece, and after dark it becomes a haunted maze. U-pick pumpkins are open Friday and Saturday from 2 pm to dusk, and pre-picked pumpkins are always at the roadside stand. Weekdays are by appointment for school field trips, youth groups, 4-H and FFA chapters, and private parties.

Admission includes wagon rides, a straw mountain, a giant corn box, tube slides, a bounce house, yard games, mini golf, a barrel train, a campfire and a barn of goats, donkeys, horses, cows, ducks and chickens. Gem mining and a Super Mega Slide are new. A concession stand has a large covered seating area. Special dates in 2026 include a fall market on Sept. 26, Touch a Truck on Oct. 3 and a costume contest on Oct. 24. After fall ends, the farm reopens Thanksgiving weekend selling fresh-cut Christmas trees.

Bloomfield Schoolhouse Lavender Farm & Apothecary in LaGrange is about a half hour northwest, a calmer daytime stop before an evening at the maze.
