About Adam's Taphouse Grille
Adam's Taphouse Grille on North Fruitland Boulevard is the current form of a Salisbury-area restaurant story that started in 1990, when Peter Roskovich, a Salisbury University graduate who had already run a place in Ocean City, opened Rosko's Grille with his wife, Linda; the couple got engaged on opening night. The business grew into Adam's, long known locally as Adam's Ribs, and now runs alongside the family's Black Diamond catering company and lodge.
Ribs are still the anchor. Baby backs come by the half or full rack, or as a combo with barbecue chicken, and a barbecue trio adds a bacon-wrapped shrimp skewer. The seafood side of the menu includes lump crab cakes, crab dip, steamed shrimp and a fried rockfish po'boy, plus smoked brisket, pulled pork and a long list of burgers, including a wild game burger and a plant-based option. Sides run from Old Bay waffle fries to beer-battered onion rings.
The room is set up as a family-friendly bar and restaurant with more than 18 beers on tap, pool tables, live music and Sunday football. Weekly specials include a wings-and-shrimp plate and team trivia on Tuesdays, rib night on Wednesdays and steak night on Thursdays. A private dining room holds up to 80 for team dinners, showers and paint nights, with buffet or custom menus.
North of Eden Farm in Eden is only a few miles south, about 10 minutes by car, so a farm tour followed by ribs here makes an easy Lower Shore afternoon.
