About La Lavandoise
La Lavandoise is a young lavender field on montée Champagne in Sainte-Dorothée, on the west side of Laval. The family has owned the land since 1983 and began growing lavender in 2021. A new boutique for the family's lavender goods is opening in Laval.
Pick-your-own runs in early summer; in 2026 the season went from June 22 to July 22. Entry was 10 CAD for adults and 5 CAD for children, with children 7 and under free. Bouquets are priced by size at 5, 10 or 15 CAD. Groups of 12 or more should book ahead, and the family can help organize private events in the field.
The site has a picnic area, a children's play area, a snack bar, free parking and portable toilets. The boutique sells bouquets, lavender syrups, candles, care products, home decor and small lavender-filled plush toys.
Verger Gibouleau, an orchard also in Sainte-Dorothée, is about 5 minutes away for a second farm stop.
