About Asteur

Asteur is a fine-dining restaurant in a heritage house on chemin de la Grande-Côte in Boisbriand, built in 1816 and carefully restored with its stone walls intact. The kitchen cooks with ingredients picked, grown or raised by producers from the surrounding region and across Quebec, changes the menu with what comes in each season, and tries to use every ingredient in full to cut waste. In 2026 the Michelin Guide included Asteur among its recommended restaurants, and its dining room director and head sommelier, Victoria Savoie, received a Michelin service award.

Dinner is a set tasting menu in one of three formats. L'Expérience Découverte has five courses, takes about an hour and a half, and is offered Wednesday and Thursday for $125 per person. L'Expérience Signature runs to about ten courses over two and a half to three hours, Wednesday through Saturday, for $175. A private Salon du Chef experience costs $195. Taxes, drinks and tip are extra. Victoria Savoie built a classic and a prestige wine pairing, and the kitchen offers a non-alcoholic pairing too.

Seating times run from 5 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., and booking ahead online is strongly recommended because seating is limited. The kitchen can usually adapt for allergies or restrictions if you mention them when booking, and a pescatarian version is generally possible with notice, but there is no vegetarian menu.

La Maison Lavande in Saint-Eustache is about 15 minutes west, so a summer afternoon in the lavender fields can end with an evening tasting menu here.
