About Liberatore's Ristorante
Liberatore's started here in Eldersburg in 1988, and the Georgetown Boulevard dining room is still the original of what has become a small family group of restaurants around Baltimore, with sister locations in Bel Air, Perry Hall, Timonium and Westminster. The cooking draws on two sources the family names directly: the food of central Italy and the cooking of Baltimore's Little Italy, served alongside Maryland favorites.
The restaurant opens for dinner every day and adds lunch midweek. Wednesday through Friday the doors open at 11:30 AM, Saturday at noon, and Sunday through Tuesday at 4 PM; the kitchen runs to 9 PM, and the lounge stays open later. There's a gourmet carry-out counter for nights when you'd rather eat at home.
