About Cube Coffee Bar

Cube Coffee Bar is a small café on Victoria Street North in Tweed that takes its coffee seriously. Beans come from a micro-roaster in Prince Edward County that buys directly from small growers, and the bar leans toward light roasts, pulled as espresso or poured into milk drinks.

Pastries and desserts are baked in-house every day without preservatives or artificial flavors, using seasonal local ingredients where possible. At lunch there are house-made soups, salads and sandwiches, with vegetarian and vegan choices always available. The café also pours craft beer, cider and private-label wines from small local producers, and has opened a bottle shop for take-home purchases.

Evenings are the other draw. Cube hosts weekly chef-led dinners of three or four courses with wine pairings, cooked by its own team and visiting chefs, and announces wine and beer tastings on its social pages; it was promoting a fall 2026 event lineup when we checked. Catering trays of sandwiches, salads and pastries can be ordered by email.

Woodland North Lavender Farm, north of Madoc, is about 20 minutes west, so Cube works as a morning coffee stop before a lavender visit or a late lunch afterward.
