About Peach Barn Farmhouse & Brewery
Peach Barn Farmhouse & Brewery sits on South Bay Shore Drive just south of Sister Bay, on a 1.5-acre landscaped property with two pergolas, a fire pit and relaxed outdoor seating, plus a newer indoor taproom. The name and the brewery's motto, Eat a Peach, carry through to the menu and even the shop.
The beer list spans clean lagers to fruited sours. Recent lineups have included The Mayor pilsner, Luci helles lager, an O'Henry witbier, the Where Harry Met Sally farmhouse ale, a Field of Streams Belgian tripel, Silo Sisters peach sour, Highway 42 cherry sour and Lion Tamer stout, along with a run of hazy IPAs. Fruit-forward hard seltzers are poured too.
In summer the brewery sells Colorado Palisade peaches by the bag or box for pickup at the taphouse, announced by email when they ripen. Live music is part of the season, and the grounds can be booked for private gatherings large or small. The brewery describes itself as dog friendly. Spring hours posted on its website were daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Island Lavender is about 3 miles away toward Ephraim, under 10 minutes by car, which makes Peach Barn the closest brewery stop for a summer lavender visit. Spend the morning in the lavender, then come here for a late lunch outside by the fire pit.
